A lovely calm yoga class with friendly teacher. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

2 sessions in and I am really enjoying them! Matt (instructor) is great, took the time to understand why we were there and what we want out of the sessions. Definitely get a good workout in and I’m looking forward to competing the course

Brilliant class with a brilliant teacher! I’m bringing more women  with me form now on there are lot of women are interested 

HITT class was really very good and the trainer Charlotte was very nice and very helpful… I will be definitely attending the class every Monday
